With strong experience in psychology and research I help people who are looking for professional support to deal with every-day psychological challenges and sleep related difficulties. My approach is grounded in my neuropsychological background, anchoring my work on my extensive knowledge regarding brain functionality and individual needs of the client.

I work with an eclectic approach combining different types of psychotherapy, such as systemic, existential, sensorymotor and cognitive behavioral. When the matter revolves around sleep related difficulties I use cognitive behavioral therapy for insomnia (CBT-I, chronotherapy, and light therapy) to help people understand and resolve their problems.
