My therapeutic approach is rooted in the enriched systemic perspective _SANE-System Attachment Narrative Encephalon ®. Systemic psychotherapy focuses on understanding how people's relationships and experiences shape their emotional well-being. SANE also incorporates ideas from attachment theory, which explores how early relationships with caregivers influence our adult relationships, narrative psychology, which focuses on the stories we tell ourselves about our lives and neuropsychology, which helps us better understand how our brains work and how they relate to our emotional experiences.

Due to my education in various branches of psychology, allows me to draw from different approaches like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, which looks at the connection between thoughts, feelings, and behaviors; body focused therapy, which is useful for trauma; existential psychotherapy, which delves into questions about life's meaning and purpose; and neuropsychology, which connects psychological experiences to brain functioning. This broad knowledge base enables me to tailor my therapy to each individual's unique needs and challenges.
