I have had hands on clinical experience in the field of psychology since 2005 and have worked in the field of Neuropsychology since 2012. I started running my own practice in Amsterdam in 2016 and moved to Athens to continue with my clinical work in 2020. In the past I held an instructor’s position at the Webster Campus in Leiden where I tought undergraduate psychology students. I have also worked in the research field on subjects such as the biological and psychological correlates of sleep (in collaboration with the chronobiologist Dr Floor van Oosterhout and the neurologist Dr Hans Hamburger).
With a strong experience in psychotherapy, counseling, sleep therapy, and research I help people who are looking for professional support to deal with every-day psychological challenges.
I believe that everyone is able to overcome any problem when they have the proper tools and knowledge, and I am here to provide exactly that! Each person is unique and the most important part of the therapy is to provide you with sufficient information, knowledge and useful practical tools. This way you can choose which tools suit you best to resolve any psychological or sleep related problem.
